Notary Costs

  • Standard notary signing with travel fee (single document) $75-$85 
  • Hospital standard notary signing with travel fee (single document) $100.00-$125.00
  • Nursing Home, Assisted or Independent Living: Standard notary signing with travel fee (single document) $75-$85
  • Court House signing fee runs $85, plus the notary and parking fees; Wait Time billed @ $50 per hour, each additional 15 minutes of wait time is $25 (in addition to notary and other fees).
  • Additional Notarial Act: $15 each
  • Expedited Notary Signing Fees: $40.00 plus Standard Notary Fee
  • Holiday Notary Signing Fee: (Federal Holiday by Appointment Only) $85.00 plus Standard Notary Fee
  • Travel Fees varies.
  • Santa Clara County - A quote will be provided when you make your appointment. Travel outside of Santa Clara Count is based on distance. 
  • Estate Planning Trusts: Varies from $185-$435 (includes travel in Santa Clara: fees negotiable in Santa Clara County & outside Santa Clara County)
