Have questions? Call or text me at 408-309-9480. You will need to provide all documents and forms (notaries in California are not allowed to provide them). Documents must be completed (no blank lines) before I can notarize them, and please wait to sign until the notary gets there.

How it Works

Call or text Maria to set an appointment. Pricing is based on distance, travel time, plus number of signatures – You will be provided an estimated quote when you make your appointment. See pricing guidelines below under Rates & Fees.

You’ll need a photo ID. Here’s what is accepted: California or other US state driver’s license, CA ID, or CA Senior ID, US Passport, Canada or Mexico driver’s license, foreign passports stamped by USCIS. Call me for other non-typical forms of identification.

Rates & Fees:

Basically, each notarized signature has a cost of $15 each, plus a travel fee. We reserve the right to offer a discount for multiple notarized signatures.

We are proud to offer a 10% discount to all active military (and veterans); please show your military ID.

Cash and all major credit/debit cards are accepted.

Standard Notary Fee (Single document with travel fees) – $75 (each additional notarization is $15 per signature)
Hospitals/Nursing Homes – $85 plus the Notary fees
Assisted Living/Independent – $35-50 plus the Notary fees
Living Trust full package – Trustee: $250 (includes travel in Santa Clara County, negotiable outside Santa Clara County)
Court House – $75 plus the Notary fees (wait time billed at $100/hour (each add’l 15 minutes of wait time is $25 – this is in addition to notary fees)
After Hours – 8 pm to 10 pm – $80 plus the Notary fees
Wait time for each 15 Minutes – $15 (In addition to Notary and other fees)
ASAP Notary – $40 plus the Notary fees
Holidays Notary (Federal Holidays & Sunday) – $80 plus the Notary fees

Travel Fees (added to Notary fees)

Santa Clara County – A quote will be provided when you make your appointment.

Travel Outside of Santa Clara County is based on distance. For example:

  • Palo Alto – $45
  • Morgan Hill – $50
  • Gilroy – $60
  • Hollister – $75
  • Monterey – $85

No Travel charge is incurred if cancelled within 2 hours

Notary Signing Agent

Our notaries are also NSAs – that you can trust with your closing. Maria has done over 10,000 signings alone. Our notaries are known for their professionalism, accuracy, being on time, and reliable in getting your documents back to Title.

The fee for Loan Signing packages average $200, depending on package size. This fee includes printing two sets of documents, travel, collection of all signatures, notarization, review of documents, and dropping of docs at mail depot.
