We can schedule a Notary to meet you at one of the South Bay hospitals, nursing home, skilled nursing facility, and indepdent living facility.
We can notarize any form needed, including Advance Healthcare Directives and Powers of Attorney.
Fees
Hospital standard notary signing with travel (single document) - $100-125
Nursing Home, Assisted or Independent Living: standard notary signing with travel fee (single document) – $75-85 plus the Notary fees
We travel to the following cities:
San Jose, Santa Clara, Campbell, Cupertino, Mountain View, and surrounding areas.
