Because the nature of some documents can be time-sensitive, choosing an experienced and reliable Notary Public can save you time and frustration. My Commitment to you is to provide professional and reliable service by accurately notarizing your documents in a timely manner.

Common reasons for a Mobile Notary:
- Privacy: Your documents are sensitive and require confidentiality. We meet at the location of your choosing.
- Expertise: When the documents require formal training and/or experience. Notaries in shipping centers may not be familiar with your document type.
- Non-Business Hours: Most stores and banks are closed between 5 and 6pm during the week, and have limited hours on weekend and holidays. Mobile Notaries keep extended hours of service and can assist you evenings, weekends and holidays.
- Inability to Travel: Perhaps you don’t have transportation, or are in a hospital/assisted care unit.

Whether it is at work, a hospital, the library, a convalescent home, your business, or Starbucks, We'll work around your schedule. We want the process of getting your documents notarized to be as painless as possible.
Notary Fees
The standard notary signing fee with travel runs $75-$85 (single document).
Hospital standard notary signing fee with travel fee runs $100-$125 (single document).
Nursing Home/Assisted Living Facilities standard notary signing fee with travel runs $75-85 (single document).
Court House signing fee runs $85, plus the notary and parking fees; Wait Time billed @ $50 per hour, each additional 15 minutes of wait time is $25 (in addition to notary and other fees).
Additional Notarial Acts: $15 each
Expedited Notary Signing Fees: $40 plus Standard Notary Fee
Holiday Notary Signing Fee: $85 plus Standard Notary Fee
Unless stated above, the Travel Fees varies.
Santa Clara County - A quote will be provided when you make your appointment. Travel outside of Santa Clara Count is based on distance.
We travel to the following cities:
San Jose, Santa Clara, Campbell, Cupertino, Mountain View, down to Gilroy and surrounding areas.
